Help With Placing An order

To add a product to your bag click on the product image to be taken to the product details page and click on the black ‘Add to Cart’ button.

On the product details page you will also be able to zoom in for greater detail and view alternative images.

Yes, we ship worldwide! 

Just add the item(s) you’d like to purchase in your cart, and continue to checkout. You will be asked to input details about your location to estimate the shipping fees.

As part of your checkout process you will enter your shipping location on the Shopping Cart page to estimate your delivery cost. After which, click ‘Proceed To Checkout‘ button and you can enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’.

If for any reason your voucher code is not being applied please do get in touch by getting in touch via the contact form and we’ll take a look for you.

We accept all the below payment types:

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Amazon Pay

We also accept all major debit and credit cards on our store.

The product composition can be found on the product page.

Most of our product line is 100% cotton except where advised.

Where is my order?

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days, however it can take up to 5 working days. You will receive an email notification once it has been shipped.

Please note the date of the following bank holidays in the UK. If you order on these days then your order will be despatched the day we return.

2018 Bank Holidays

  • Friday 30th March – Monday 2nd April | Easter Break
  • Monday 7th May | Early May bank holiday
  • Monday 28th May | Spring bank holiday
  • Monday 27th August | Summer bank holiday
  • Tuesday 25th December | Christmas Day
  • Wednesday 26th December | Boxing Day

  • Tuesday 1st January | New Year’s Day

If you require your order urgently please choose the appropriate delivery option when selecting your delivery option at checkout.

Alternatively, please call us on 0116 262 0786 and we will do what we can to help.

UK & European orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, however it can take up to 3 working days and you will be issued with a tracking code for your order.

All worldwide orders are sent via DPD, DHL or Hermes on a tracked service and can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

In both of the above, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours of placing your order to show when the item was shipped along with the tracking number.

We use UK MAIL, DPD and Royal Mail as our main shipping agents.

Please check your order and the order reference will have the associated shipping company reference assigned.
